Yes — if you’re hungry to learn and ready to do the work. We don’t pay for leads, but we do teach you how to attract and convert your own business. You’ll be supported, trained, and celebrated — but not micromanaged.
If you’re a newly licensed agent, you’ll automatically be enrolled in eXp Realty’s Certified Mentor Program. This is a brokerage-wide requirement designed to ensure that every new agent receives foundational contract training, compliance guidance, and deal structure support — all from an eXp-certified mentor in your state.
But that’s just your floor — not your ceiling.
At Team Driftmark, you’ll also receive team-level mentorship.
That means:
• Real-life practice (not just training modules)
• Transaction strategy tailored to Central Florida markets
• Live support with buyer/seller consults, negotiation prep, and marketing setup
• Accountability, branding, and emotional resilience training
Why both? Because brokerage mentorship gives you compliance, but team mentorship gives you confidence. One ensures you’re doing it right — the other ensures you’re doing it well.
Q: What is FastCAP and who is it for?
A: FastCAP is a 6-week immersive training series offered through eXp University that’s designed to help new and growth-minded agents build momentum, cap faster, and create a sustainable real estate business. You’ll learn directly from top-producing eXp agents who’ve been in your shoes and are now dominating their markets.
This program is ideal for:
Newly licensed agents
Agents returning to production
Agents switching markets or starting fresh under eXp

Live sessions 3x/week (choose morning, evening, or Spanish-language sessions)
Daily and weekly business-building activities

You’ll walk away with a built-out pipeline, strong foundational systems, and the skills needed to confidently attract and convert leads — without relying on paid ads.
Q: What are the schedule options for FastCAP?
A: eXp University now offers three live tracks:
Standard FastCAP (daytime schedule, open to all)
FastCAP Evening Encore (evening sessions for agents who work during the day)
FastCAP Español (taught in Spanish for Spanish-speaking agents)

A: FastCAP gives you a tactical roadmap for production — while Team Driftmark mentorship helps you apply it in real time with hands-on support, branding tools, and accountability inside our Florida markets. Together, they’re like coaching + implementation rolled into one.
